Bernie Bernstein was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Moved to California in 1977 and graduated Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Accounting in 1980. He received his experience with a local firm and, after 5 years, started his own practice with Rick Rathman, better known today as Bernstein & Rathman, Inc. CPA's. Bernie has been married to his wife, Barbara, for twenty-four years and has two children, Alexander (15) & Andrew (13).
