John Renken, Board Member

John H. Renken founded The Renken Company in 1994 after his graduation from the University of Southern California in 1990 with a degree in Real Estate Finance, subsequent to which he worked for four years with a national real estate firm. Mr. Renken is a Member of the Appraisal Institute ("MAI"), as well as a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. He has a broad range of experience in real estate, including appraisal, management, and brokerage. The Renken Company currently manages a real estate portfolio valued at approximately $400 million, consisting of industrial, office, retail, multi-family and special purpose properties. Mr. Renken currently serves on the Board of Directors for Stellar Business Bank, Leroy Haynes Center for Children, and The Marino Foundation.
