Ralph Caponong, CS & Distribution Manager

Ralph joined the sdp team in 1996. With over a decade of serving sdp’s clients, Ralph truly understands all of their needs. Ralph’s experience and direct interaction with clients has created a deep sense of empathy in putting clients’ needs as first priority. Ralph has managed the customer service and distribution department as well as leading a dedicated team of client service representatives. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona with an emphasis in Communications.
