Happy New Year from all of us at SDP, and here’s to another great year! As we head into 2020, we want to make sure that your business is set up for success by recapping 2019 and sharing our “20/20 Vision” for the new year.

Last year was full of new additions to SDP’s suite of solutions and enhancements to SDP Connect. We upgraded to Amazon Web Servers (AWS), and added lots of new services including built-in onboarding, employee training, and applicant tracking.

And we’re excited for even more to come in 2020!

SDP’s 2019 Recap

It’s been a minute since 2019, but we wanted to reminisce over some of the amazing things we accomplished together last year.

SDP Connect Enhancements

2019 was full of exciting upgrades in our payroll platform SDP Connect. Starting with the company directory and new user login screen, we then focused on adding event-based, hire-based, and federal withholding workflows, new widgets, and manager time off approvals.

Later in the year, we added a new web clock login page, file upload ability for our Onboarding module, and new file organization. Then, we shifted to focus on compliance with harassment prevention training and ACA status edits within SDP Connect.

Finally, we finished off the year with new employee information workflows, a federal W-4 exemption workflow, and the ability to categorize and organize your company’s Quicklinks for even more customization.

Expanded HR Support

Outside of our software enhancements, SDP also expanded our HR service offerings in 2019. In addition to our existing HR Support, HR On Demand, and HR Complete service tiers, this year also saw the addition of HR On Demand Plus.

This tier provides an elevated consulting service with in-house resources to help you maximize your HR processes. With HR On Demand Plus, SDP acts as your own outsourced HR department.

From enhanced HR help desk support to new hire onboarding and customized job descriptions, we help you manage your greatest asset: your employees.

Lastly, we conducted a record number of webinar and seminar trainings. And with the roll-out of our new On Demand Training Hub, you now have access to all of our past trainings, available to view 24/7/365.
